The CRI is a science-based source for the facts about carpet and rugs and they sponsor research and educational programs to further the science behind the industry and to educate consumers on the carpet and rug industry. The CRI Seal of Approval Products are those in the carpet cleaning industry that have passed the quality tests of the CRI, and CRI guarantees them to be quality products.
